The One Where We Talk About…Accidentally Starving Ourselves

We’ve gotten such great feedback about our show that we decided to make it a weekly thing! On this episode of the Wise Jezebels, Tia and Laura are talking about diet culture and body image–as well as how their fundamentalist upbringing led them both to accidentally starve themselves, even when they were trying to intuitively eat! Please note that this episode contains sensitive topics and we understand if you need to skip this one! We also talk about how Laura finally got Tia into watching the Golden Bachelor (spoiler alert: one of us really likes it, one of us doesn’t!) and end the podcast with a discussion about Laura’s upcoming book which is available for pre-order currently and releases, worldwide, on October 17, 2023.

We’re moving our Non-Consensual Advice segment to it’s own episode every month! The last Tuesday of each month will be answering your questions! So, if you have questions for the Wise Jezebels, head to the contact form on our website or send us a DM and we’ll answer them on the pod (after removing all identifying information, of course!)

Stay fresh, betches!
